TERMS & CONDITIONS
By enquiring or booking with The Bridal Studio by Dee, you agree to the following terms:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. For bookings made within 8 weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable after the initial cooling-off period.
WEDDING DAY
Services are provided within the agreed time frame. Delays caused by the client or bridal party may result in missed services, which are non-refundable.
Once services are complete and the artist has left, responsibility cannot be accepted for wear affected by external factors such as weather, tears, or outfit changes.
TRAVEL
Travel may be chargeable depending on location. Any additional costs such as parking, accommodation, or transport will be outlined at the time of booking.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients must disclose any allergies or sensitivities prior to the appointment. The Bridal Studio by Dee cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.
A suitable workspace with adequate lighting and access to power must be provided on the day.
LIABILITY
The Bridal Studio by Dee holds Public Liability Insurance but is not liable for delays or circumstances outside of its control.
Wedding insurance is recommended.
Images may be taken for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
All bookings are provisional until a signed contract and deposit have been received. Your date is only secured once confirmation has been issued by email.
PAYMENTS
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
TRIALS
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the wedding date will require full payment.
One date change may be permitted subject to availability. Changes to services, timings, or booking details must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges. Reductions are not permitted after the final balance has been paid.
Trials are carried out at The Bridal Studio by Dee unless otherwise agreed. Trial timings are limited, and additional trials may be booked for an extra fee.
